To ensure accuracy, an AUTO-logistics customer service representative will confirm all shipment details with the client prior to transport. Shipment details include, but are not limited to, confirmation calls to the loading site, carrier, delivery site, and VSA requestor. AUTO-logistics services also include carrier management, import/export management, and freight forwarding.

Throughout the process, the client is supported with the following reports:
  • VSA activity report
  • Volume reports
  • Cost Center Analysis
 
  • Approved Vendors
  • Vendor Bid Response
  • Vendor Performance
These reports can be generated on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
