Customer-Logistics Analyst I
Job Description: Analyzes transportation and distribution procedures to maximize delivery efficiency. Responds to customer inquires regarding orders, vendor inquiries and technical problem notifications. Documents shipment progress and issues in tracking system and escalates according to established standard operating procedures. Also reviews requests, contacts customers to clarify request, ensuring all necessary information is included and may route requests to the appropriate department.
Job Skills: Associate's degree with at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service. Must type 50 wpm or greater. Must be comfortable working in paperless environment (computer literate). Must possess high skill level of spelling and grammar. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, Access). Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works well under immediate supervision.
Full time Position
Pay Rate: $11.00 to $15.00 (hourly)

Also reviews requests, contacts customers to clarify request, ensuring all necessary information is included and may route requests to the appropriate department.
Job Skills: Associate's degree with at least 4 years of experience in Customer Service, specifically in the trasportation industry. Must type 50 wpm or greater. Must be comfortable working in paperless environment (computer literate). Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, Access). Must possess high skill level of spelling and grammar. Does not require supervision and can make accurate decisions on shipment issues independent of management.
Full time Position
Pay Rate: $30,000 to $50,000 (annually)

Accounts Receivable
Job Description: Audit invoices for accuracy before invoicing. Post invoices in accounting software. Responsible for deposits. Monitor Accounts Receivable and collect money to keep aging to less than 30 days. Maintain proper accounts receivable files
Job Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting. Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Access. Good Verbal and Communication skills. Detail oriented
Willing to work in a team atmosphere.
Full time Position
Pay Rate: $11.00 to $14.00 (hourly)

Accounts Payable
Job Description: Maintain proper accounting files on vendors. Audit vendor invoices, delivery receipts. Post invoices to vendor payment screen and QuickBooks. Audit expense invoices. Responsible for accounts payable run twice a month.
Job Skills: The minimum requirements are: Prior accounts payable experience in a medium to large business. Quick and accurate data entry. Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Access. Must be able to work well in a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills essential. Ability to successfully complete delegated tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to delegate and build teamwork.
Full time Position
Pay Rate: $11.00 to $14.00 (hourly)

Payroll/Human Resources
Job Description: Maintain employee files. Monitor insurance and drug testing. Calculate timecards. Interact with ADP with payroll input. Post payroll entries in QuickBooks. Maintain employee handbook. Responsible for recruiting, training and employee relations.
Job Skills: Must have a Bachelor's degree. Human Resources or Business Administration degree is preferred. Must have at least two years of human resources and or payroll work experience. Must be experienced with Benefits.
Full time position
Pay Rate: $12.00 to 17.00 (hourly)

Office Manager
Job Description: Supervise a staff of three to five. Responsible for financial statements and budgets. Prepare financials for month end meetings. Recruit and train office personnel. Interact with other department heads in directions of the company. Review and audit all accounting functions. Interact with sales department in creating contracts for new customers. Work with the IT department to continually improve systems.
